We are operating a commercial kitchen in Legana specialising in smoked food products and Dutch / European foods.

We have just built a fully accredited commercial kitchen in Legana, Tasmania. Here we manufacture various Dutch food products such as Kasteel's famous beef croquettes, chicken croquettes, bitterballen, rookworst, frikadellen, meatballs and the ever popular South African Boerewors.
These products have been available in Western Australia for the last 30 years and have been well accepted by the Dutch community as well as various other retail outlets. In fact, we can confidently say that the croquettes manufactured with Kasteel's famous secret recipe will be the best in Australia!!
Our rookworst and other products will all be manufactured using these authentic Dutch recipes and will be on par with any of the products you would have tasted in the Netherlands.
We have an existing client base in Western Australia but will also be looking to send our products to South Australia, Victoria, NSW and Queensland (as well as Tasmania of course!) Our food products are ideal for the catering market, corporate events, fingerfoods, weddings, mobile food facilities and much more!
We are in the process of changing the website to suit the new business name. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this transition phase.
